Kapco EV offers a 15 day (from delivered date), no questions asked, return policy. After 15 days has elapsed, products will be eligible for exchange rather than return. The exchange period is also 15 days giving you 30 days in total, to change your mind.

To return or exchange an order please contact the customer service department by completing the Refund Form below. Please include the name of the item you wish to return or exchange (as well as the exchanging for item) in the description box, along with any other details you wish to share.
